The Export app allows you to easily and quickly export the full contents of your Slack channels and direct message chats with a single command. Once installed, users type a single Slack command to save the contents of a Slack channel:
/export
After selecting an archive format (JSON, HTML, or plain-text) and optional date range, you will receive a full archive of the channel history.
To get started, simply have your Slack administrator click the following install button:
