User privacy is of the utmost concern for us at Fount. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://export.fountstudio.com (the “Site”).
In order to eliminate the risk of unwanted disclosures of your users' personal information, we have taken several precautions during the development of Export. These include:
User data and messages are only persisted as long as necessary for the creation and download of the export file. All exports archives are permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Rather than use unlimited-access administrative tokens, Export requires each user to authorize their use of the /export
command. This ensures that all API access is limited to what Slack allows that user to do. This eliminates the possibility of allowing a user to archive a channel that they do not have access to.
All API and web interactions with Export are fully encrypted using standard HTTPS TLS 1.3 and any attempts at unencrypted interaction are rejected. This prevents the possibility of snooping on exported archives during creation or download.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
